Design is everything and nothing; the right design will catch your viewer and motivated him or her to get further into your site.

Designing a web page is a very specialised discipline.  To little is bad, to much is worse, how much graphics?, how long time to download is appropriate ?, how does colours match ?, how is your design compared to your general image and the rest of your image material ?.
